IMPORT EXPORT DI LU HAIFENG operates as a wholesale clothing supplier. We provide clothing products for retailers, boutiques, and businesses. Our services are strictly B2B (Business to Business) and we do not sell directly to end consumers.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

We maintain minimum order quantities (MOQ) for all products:

• Standard items: Minimum 50 pieces per style
• Seasonal items: Minimum 100 pieces per style
• Custom orders: Subject to negotiation

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are subject to the following terms:

• Prices exclude VAT and shipping costs
• Payment terms: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment
• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal (business accounts)
• Prices may vary based on order quantity and customization

4. Order Processing and Delivery

Standard delivery timeframes:

• Stock items: 7-14 business days
• Made-to-order items: 30-45 business days
• Custom orders: 45-60 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Quality Assurance

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. We guarantee that products meet agreed specifications. Any quality issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

7. Limitation of Liability

IMPORT EXPORT DI LU HAIFENG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prato, Italy.
